Most Recent Posts Train set gone badPosted Apr-26-08 20:50:39 PDT Recently I sold an incomplete train set, my customer was a new buyer and purhcased the train set before realizing it was incomplete. After some communication back and forth we used the dispute console and mutualy canceld our transaction and left positive feedback for each other. The dispute console and excellent communication allowed this to go very smoothly and without a hitch. My customer was so impressed by this that he purchased more items from my store and left positive feedback before we we had a chance to ship his order. This customer also became the first subscriber to our store newsletter. Without communication, consideration and patience, I personaly feel as a store owner, that you cannot have good customer relation. I also feel very strongly about honesty, if you tell a customer something stick to it - angry customers equal negative feedback. I have had a couple of situations that in order to keep my word it cost me money but the positive feedback and repeat buisness was worth the money I lost. Untill next time, C.S. Early - owner |
