What is wrong with people? I have received some really rediculious messages from people recently. Messages such as "I sell that same design you must have stole it from my listing, take it down or I will report you". GIVE ME A BREAK PEOPLE!! THINK FOR A MOMENT ABOUT WHAT YOUR SAYING!!! This is the most insane thing I have heard yet!!

I think im going to sell my ipod and send everyone else thats selling an ipod a message that they have to take down their listing or I will report them because they are selling the same item I am. That sounds dumb uh? Well it is!! The last message I received the ebayer is complaining that I sell the same t-shirt design as they do. I say great, good luck! But this ebayer has had more negative feedback selling the same item because they can't get their orders straight and seem jealous since we get positive feedback on all our sales because we have better prices and do better business, and follow it up with the best customer service out there.

HAS ANYONE HEARD OF COMPETITION?

Of course all of us that sell wish we were the only one selling a particular item but thats not the way business and competition work!!
Would everyone get a grip and realize that you are not the only one selling a particular item in this world!!

Let's all enjoy selling on ebay and stop being baby's about competition!!!

Im looking for some advice on how to generate business to my store without having to list alot of auctions outside of my store. For obvious reasons, FEES!!! My fees are insane for this month and its becuse I run alot of auctions outside of my store to generate business to the store. One of the reasons I opened a store was to keep fees down. Its not working out like that right now. Last month my fees were lower and I sold just as much. So im thinking in November I will not list several of the auctions that didn't sell well as an auction and only list them in the store for $.06. The problem I see with doing that is the auctions may sell this time outside of the store and because I didn't list them not many people will see them in the store. I am trying to get a increase in business with a decrease in fees. I have been selling on ebay for a couple of years now but only recently opened a store. I also noticed a trend that the auctions i'm running don't always sell out of the quanity I listed so I have cut back on the quanity and have had many auctions sell out right before the auction ended. At least I'm getting my fees worth when the auction ends just before the time is up because the quanity sold out. My thinking right now is if I don't run auctions outside of the store no one will see my listings and my diaily business will drop! I can't have that......
