I just learned that my favorite packer is retiring.  He will be missed.  He is the biggest kid on the field - always enjoying the game.  I was hoping with this last season - he would come back.

I live in Wisconsin and with the temperatures we have had here lately, I dream of being in a warm climate.  This is the first time since I was a little girl that I can remember having as much snow as we have.  It is even too cold to go out and look at the lunar eclipse tonight.

I can imagine laying on a beach, having a margarita about now.  Sure does sound better than below temperatures.

What a treat to see a beagle win the Westminster.  I have several animals in my life.  Currently, 2 German Shepards (a cream female and a brown/black male).  I love animals and to see a beagle win this, is just great.  Just to know that a dog that is like every ordinary everyday dog (that is not all about beauty/ribbons and fashion) can win this, is beyond great.
