Mr. Howell,

For me the damage is done.  You cannot give back my time.  I would only advise that you become more prompt in your transactions in the future.  Also, some business communications and customer service classes would not hurt either.

Mr. Howell,

I would be willing to do this if this was the only feedback on your account of this nature.  Unfortunately, this has happened to many people before me, and I cannot sweep this under the rug and not let other people know about it.  As I said before, this is not about a mere $20, this is about buyer protection.

Mr. Howell,

I appreciate the apology, but I cannot in good faith leave a positive feedback in light of all of this incompetence.

I an sorry for any misscommunication.  Neutrals are negatives for sellers, so that would not help here.

Mr. Howell,

Thank you for your quick response (finally).  The reason that I am inclined to leave negative feedback is because of the lack of customer service provided in this transaction.  My first email to contact you was sent on March 20th asking for the tracking number.  After giving you the requested invoice number, I did not hear back from you until the 24th.  This delay alone warrants negative feedback.  However when I did hear back from you, all I was told was that the item was shipped, but my request for the tracking number was not answered.  I would like to add that according to the FedEx tracking page the items were not actually shipped until the 25th of March.  When it was shipped, it was sent via FedEx, not USPS as agreed upon.  The reason that I selected USPS was that in the part of Reno that I live in, they are the only ones that refuse to leave packages at the door where they can be stolen.  You are very lucky that this did not happen with FedEx and that I noticed that they left the items at the wrong door.  So when you say that you did nothing wrong let me recap:

1. You violated our shipping agreement by using a non valid shipping partner.

2. You gave a false claim via email that the item was shipped on the 24th when it was actually shipped on the 25th.

3. Your lack of communication shows a complete lack of caring for the sale or the buyer.

All of this shows that you actually did not do ANY part of this sale correctly except get the item to me; eventually.  However you did offer a form of reconciliation, which is the first step to resolving customer satisfaction complaints.  Seeing as I am not a hateful person, I will agree to leave a neutral comment in exchange for 50% refund on shipping and full refund on insurance (seeing as the packages were uninsured via FedEx). This total comes to $19.00.  Just so you know, it is not about the money, this is about you proving to me that you know how to handle this type of situation and proving it ENOUGH to earn you a neutral feedback.  Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.

Why would you do that?  Where does all this hate come from?  Please do not leave bad feedback, we have done nothing wrong.  How about a partial refund of the shipping?

Mr. Howell,

Item has been received, but let me advise you that I am still not happy.  The fact that it took you almost 6 business days to ship the item, and at that you did not even ship using the agreed upon shipping method, is disgraceful.  While I am glad that you did not screw up this sale enough to warrant the need for a dispute claim, I will never be purchasing from you again.  I still plan on leaving negative feedback and will advise all that I know to forget you exists.  Thanks for nothing.
