Can anyone tell me how to add insurance to an invoice after the auction has closed?  Insurance was not offered but the buyer is requesting it...and I don't know how to add it now?!

I'm on a roll now!  I have the clothes sorted and ready to photograph and list.  I was just wondering if it always takes a long time to upload each photo?  Am I doing something wrong or can I do something differently to speed up the process?

I know, welcome to the 21st century!!  I'm slowly, but surely getting started.  I have 3 items up already!!  Yeah for me!! 

Allison is my daughter and I'm auctioning her closet...well just the things she can no longer wear.  I always buy too much of the same size and therefore she only wears each piece a few times before she outgrows them!!  You know where I'm coming from...don't you!

Oh well, it's a new adventure for me...keep your fingers crossed that I do well.  And check out my items for sale - feel free to give me some advise, too.  Remember, I'm new at this!
