I might also consider a MCM 1900 system or its individual cabinet models MWM, MWM-S, MSSM, MSM, MTM, MMTM with or without the Klipsch M-3, M-3B, M-4, M-4B passive crossover networks, or pair of the following Klipsch cinema speaker models: KPT-335-N, KPT-435-N, KPT-535-4-T, KPT-535-T, KPT-904, KPT-Jubilee 535, or KPT-MCM Grand screen and stage loudspeaker system.

My first preference is a pair of Klipschorn or other model that came with 15-inch woofers (especially models with the furniture grade cabinetry in Ash, Cherry, Ebony, Maple, Mahogany, Rosewood, Teak, or Zebrawood with serial numbers containing the letter U, W, or X (manufactured 1980-1982).

I am expanding my sound system and one of the components I need is a Stereo Power Amplifier.

I can use a Stereo Power Amplifier, Stereo Integrated Amplifier, or Receiver, rated at least 150 watts per channel RMS or with a power consumption rating of at least 700w or 5A (the maximum power the amplifier draws from the wall outlet - usually printed on the back of the unit directly below the manufacturers model number.  It will read something like: "AC 120V  60Hz  1350W" or "AC 120V  60Hz  7.9A").  Not to be confused with the electrical rating of any of the switched/unswitched electrical outlets on the unit itself.  As you can see in the photos below, the power consumption rating can vary from one unit to the next, even on the same make and model amplifier.

For an amplifier manufactured by Adcom, Aragon, Audio Research, Carver, Crown, Denon, Dyanco, Earthquake, Fisher, Harman Kardon, Kenwood, Klipsch, Krell, Marantz, Mark Levinson, Mcintosh, NAD, Onkyo, Pioneer, Revel, Rotel, Sansui, Sherwood, Sony, Sunfire, Teac, Technics, Velodyne, or Yamaha, in good condition with power consumption rating of at least 700w or 5A, I am willing to pay $10.00 to $15.00 per ampere or for each hundred watts power consumption the unit is rated (before you ask, no I will not pay $150.00 for an old 1500-watt hair drier – just looking for a stereo amplifier). ;)

I am also interested in purchasing a car stereo power amplifier manufactured by Rockford Fosgate, McIntosh, Phoenix Gold, Alpine, JL Audio, or Carver rated at least 200 watts RMS per channel.
