Thanks for the great news, in one respect I'm like hey they deserve it the greedy b--stards, on the other hand I am thinking, because they are greedy b--stards, like some have already said, they will find some way to incorporate their loss in our participation with them.
Funny though, why is Ebay taking the brunt of this, did not someone use them to do the illegal trade. I'm sure Ebay is too big to check every individual project. I think an appeal is in order and you may see this ruling overturned. JMHO
You have a very valid point blue...sellers should be policing themselves as well. Seems somebody's always willing to cross that line in order to make a quick buck...Ebay has filed appeal. I'll be watching to see what happens.
eBay will have to raise their level of "due dilligence" - the selling of counterfeit and/or stolen property hurts the US and world economies. Only a thief and cheat will disagree with this premise:-)!
