This recipe is from us to you!  I serve them in what is called "salt dips" squeezed from a pastry bag so they

look decorative.  I have a few salt dips in my store... but browse eBay sellers for different styles.

It is a REALLY cool idea for entertaining!  ENJOY!

Herbed Steak Butter Recipe!

This butter recipe is wonderful served with any grilled meat. As it melts into the hot meat,

the aroma that drifts up is irresistible! Ribeye steaks are my personal favorite!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

·               1 cup fresh basil leaves

·               1/2 cup chopped pistachios or hazelnuts

·               1 Tbsp. lemon juice

·               2 cloves garlic, minced

·               7 Tbsp. butter, softened (NOT margarine)

·               2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

·               Salt and pepper to taste

·               6 rib eye steaks OR salmon steaks

Preparation:

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients (except steaks, of course!).

Process or blend till mixture is even. Using a pastry decorator’s bag and tip (or you can

use a sandwich baggie with the corner tip cut off) squeeze the butter into tiny side

dishes or salt dips.  Get as creative or simple as you want with the design you create.

Cover the blended butter and chill this mixture and then form it into a roll 1" in

diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and chill until firm, up to 24 hours. For longer storage,

freeze the butter. Prepare and preheat grill. Grill steaks 6" above medium coals,

turning once with tongs, until steak is cooked to desired doneness and salmon flakes

when tested with fork. OR place on broiler pan and broil 4-6" from heat source for

10-15 minutes, turning once with tongs, until steak is cooked to desired doneness.

Let the meat sit for about 5 minutes before serving, then slice the chilled butter and

place on top of the hot steak, letting it melt into the meat.. Serves 6!  ENJOY!!!

My first negative feedback...

Ok.... I'm sad.  Ooops... Sad (with a capital S)!

I tried for weeks to resolve issues with someone I purchased an item from.  I paid immediately and now, 7 emails from me, 19 days after auction closed ~ No merchandise, no response from seller.

Ya' know... I wouldn't have even cared that much, but it was an item for my son.  He was devastated when an envelope came with a 1945 movie remake when he thought he was getting a Crusty Demons XBox game.  To top that off... It came from a different company, different state than the person I bought from... but under the shipping label was a hand written "Crust Demon".  I couldn't even get the seller to confirm it was his company or an affiliate of his company.

I'm venting.  Sorry.  I'm sad.... Oooops!! Sad.  Cuz... I just know my perfect 100% is going down based on this persons responses to other peoples bad feedback.

Yes, I escalated a paypal claim.  Yes I know these things work themselves out.  But.. it still stinks.  I'm a lover, not a fighter.

How about you guys??

I JUST OPENED A NEW EBAY STORE!!!

I have no idea what I'm doing... spent three hours doing it... but I think it looks ok!!

LOL!

I have nothing there yet as my stock is on it's way... but summer is coming!!

PLEASE VISIT, add me to your favs, and I'll let you know when I'm up and running!

I'M SOOOOOO excited!!
