This person has even resorted to calling me names. 1st email I sent: I asked seller if there was any scratches or imperfections on this engine cover.Also asked why shipping was so high?The seller responded by telling me this long story of why shipping was high and that there was only one scratch between 9 and 11 o'clock on the cover.

Hi Lou,
I recieved the cover yesterday.The scratch was where you said it was between 9 and 11 o'clock.However,the whole front of this cover has scratches.You did not state this in the auction or when I emailed you asking about scratches.It appears someone has went accross the front of this cover with sandpaper,steel wool or a wire brush.This was done up and down and across.I have seen this before and know it is not normal.

This is the way factory chrome looks like that is why you have seen it before. The factory did not produce SHOW CHROME.It came from a dealership that closed in 1982 and may show some shelf wear.I really did not see the imperfections you are talking about. The chrome looked like any other factory piece I have seen.I do have a all sales final policy. I feel it is a very nice piece at a great price. Perfection would cost 4 to 5 times more.What do you think ? LOU

Hi Lou,
No,it is not why I have seen this before.I wasn't looking for show chrome.As a matter of fact this is considered polished aluminum.
I think you might want to look real closely at your auction as it states no where all sales final on it.Also,I looked at the picture of the front of the cover again and you might want to look at your auction picture and you will see there are scratches around the Honda emblem on the front of the cover.
I never asked for a return.I simply was letting you now that it wasn't as decribed.
I have polished the cover already.The scratches were deep enough the even after I got done I can still see the scratches.I was simply trying to let you know what I discovered.

The seller thinks I should say thank you for lowering the shipping.They had shipping set way to high first of all.However when I did make my payment to them I did say thanks.
Now this seller is calling me names and still being rude.
