Kicking off the weekend right as I am getting ready to head to the pool and hang out with a couple of friends....Our weather has been overcast the last couple of days but the sun is trying to come out and I am glad as my moods seem to mirror the weather.  Love the weekends as I do not see much of my boyfriend through the week.  Warmer weather means weekends spent cooking out,  at the pool, at the beach and time outside with friends and family....Hope you all enjoy your weekend too...

How is everyone???

Filed a NPB this morning on a buyer who had not paid for 10 days and auction asked for communication within 3 days of end of auction.  After 6 days the buyer sent email stating they would pay next day and did not so on 10 day which was today I filed NPB.  Buyer JUST PAID but did not repsond to the dispute.  I can't close dispute unless buyer responds or after 8 days.  My thing now is I was very professional in all emails I sent to this buyer.  I was very patient and even before filing NPB sent a mail telling buyer I had only had to file a NPB one other time and  to please contact me and we could work somthing out if they would just communicate.  One again the only mail I got was after 6 days and they said sorry will pay by pay pal tomarrow and then they did not.  What is most disturbing to me is the many attempts I made to communicate with the buyer through professional emails and now I fear a negative feedback. What do I do here????  I also want to leave feedback to reflect what this buyer did.  I know I can't leave a negative but I can leave a feedback...What do I say and should I send another mail to the buyer asking for a response to the dispute????  So not liking this situation....

My acutions state that I will take Pay Pal or Money Orders.  I have had alot of people pay with e-checks lately.  Really no different than waiting on a  Money  Order .  Is kind of a bummer if they have waited a long time to pay  already and then pays with e-check and then you wait 3 to five more days....Just wanted your toughts on echecks....I'm re-thinking how to word my auctions to get the quickest reply from buyers....I do not expect payment in 3 days but do state to contact me in 3 days but still have some who disregard that.  I even state that as long as they contact  in 3 days and make arrangments to pay that I will work with them. 

I have had two buyers that each bought 2 items and they both left me feedback for each item and of course I only received one feedback point from each buyer that left me two fb.  My question is had they waited and left me a feedback for one of the items  next week would I receive another fb mark or has ebay made it where they would not count it????  I'm confused on this..
