Rug Making and Fiddle Head Gathering

It's time to clear out some rugs! The first two, the Crow and the Lavender, are rugs that I had listed during the winter and had to cancel due to...well due to life, I guess.  The next two, Tucker Cat and Painted POny are hot off the rug frame, completed today, actually. But with Ebay's .5 cent listing, I had to finish in time!

The fiddleheads are now out, and they are wonderful.  Even making a tomato/garlic based soup for tomorrow.  I may have to sample it tonight though, just to make sure it's okay ;o)

Most people don't know about collecting fiddleheads for eating but,you are right,they are delicious.Here in the northwest we have thwem available year around almost but this is the prime time.I love young dandelion greens,netles both asa vegetable and a tea.
