Wii Fit has four training modes - Yoga, Balance Games, Strength Training and Aerobics. An on screen instructor will train you in various Yoga exercises, while the Balance Games include skiing down a mountain. Strength Training enables you to build and tone muscle whereas Aerobics can help you tone your body. However, with a RRP of around £70, it isn't a cheap way of getting into fitness.
