If you want to avoid high reseller attrition rates in your company or organization then keep reading.... Far too often network marketing companies allow their members / resellers to advertise their earnings in form of testimonies. i.e. "I earned over $10,000.00 my first few days working this business!" Although this may be a true statement and can help with their recruiting abilities, these statements are absolutely DEVESTATING to companies or leaders when it comes to down line attrition rates here's why: THE PROBLEM Daniel Unsworth explains that it's all in unrealistic expectations! Although that person did earn $10K in their first few days these results are not typical. The truth is... the average person will not start earning that kind of money for a very long time or ever. Then when that member joins with high expectations and doesn't earn big money they get very disappointed or even mad and quit. This will also come back to bite you later when that former member makes false comments about how they were scammed by your company and how there's no money to be made by working your business. How's the saying go? Good news travels fast and bad news travels even faster? I'm not saying that the AVERAGE person can not earn $10K in their first few days but the chances are slim to none. THE SOLUTION If you want to decrease your membership or company reseller attrition rates and build a long-term organization you need to inform your prospects BEFORE they join your company that it takes a LOT of TIME and a LOT of HARD WORK. Then give them a SOLID looooooong term plan for proper business building. With this said, your members will stay with your company a lot longer and it will help build their business on a solid foundation. This will also remove the "Get Rich Quick" mentality that's killing the industry. Let's face it...a real business person should be after long term residual growth not a quick sale that will never turn into anything measureable. In conclusion, Daniel Unsworth says it's okay to talk great about your company or even "ride the line" and instill an earning potential dream, (that's marketing) but never let your prospects or resellers forget their earnings will be directly proportional to the amount of EFFORT and TIME they put into building it. This way their success or failure will be in their hands and not yours! So if you're into long-term growth then leave the BIG HYPE to the people who are just in it for the quick buck and create a life-long residual income instead. By keeping it real you'll be able to stop chasing that next sale because of reseller attrition and your business will actually grow! To Your Success http://www.danielunsworth.com |
