ER Night = Day LostPosted Nov-28-06 21:16:56 PST  When will these kids listen to us? EVER? Does it ever change? My daughter had a bad ear ache about 3 days ago, I kept telling her go find a walk in Clinic or call the health department (she's at college) Anyhow, NOPE she waited till it was at night and phoned me upset HER EAR HURT BAD! My poor baby, I told her: "Get Ready the Ambulance is on the Way!"  I loaded up and had her at the Emergency room by 9:45 PM. Long story short and lots of madness, The doctor gave her some Antibiotics and we left about 6:00 AM ! Went back to her apartment and I fell asleep on the Futon .. Next thing I know, its 5:00 PM!!!!!!!!! DANG KIDS!!! Lesson Learned and a Day Lost! I am going to be gone all day tomorrow , listing at a Trading Assistant Location!! The Cyber Shoppers were sure out in full swing as my auctions that came to an end went up AND those with no bids SOLD! Some did sell for 99 cents and THATS OK cause its ok when that happens! I am a firm believer in "What was Meant to be was Meant to be"! Still better odds than a lottery ticket as I have said for YEARS and years!!! Greed will not get you anywhere! Feel free to email me with any changes or questions! You have some GREAT items in your Store btw!!! To copy these: RIGHT CLICK each one and SAVE AS to your computer! Make sure the Save as a GIF file not a jpg file OR they will not animate. Then you download/store them in a store site such as photobucket or whatever site you use. THEN to insert them into a page, use the TAG format in the Html edit area!!! I will be happy to help if you need assistance. I did make a couple standing still in case you wanted to add them to your auctions. Also I made a few smaller if you wanted to leave them in comments at the myspace site! Happy FRIDAY!Posted Nov-24-06 06:36:10 PST  Hope everyone had a Blessed Thanksgiving Day! I took the entire day off and stayed away from my computer! Now thats a major breakthrough!! lol My girls and I spent the entire morning at a shelter to feed the homeless and it was very rewarding! We are celebrating our Family Thanksgiving this Sunday because one of my daughters had to go to work in the afternoon and did not want to leave her out. So this Sunday while y'all are having Leftovers, I will be having a FRESH TURKEY! ((smiles)) Now I must open my email that I dread! Last time I took a day off It was filled to the BRIM! I will be using my timer method today to SAVE TIME as I still have to prepare my home for the FEAST on Sunday! Cleaning Day :-)Posted Nov-22-06 07:10:16 PST  Today is my cleaning day! Not because of Thursday BUT because of Sunday!!! We are celebrating our family Thanksgiving on Sunday because some family members have to work and we did not want to leave anyone out! And today is the best day I have to clean! Tomorrow morning I am meeting my daughters at 8:00 AM and we are going to help at a Soup Kitchen to pass out Thanksgiving Meals to the needy! Will do a post about that adventure! One of my friends on myspace left me a comment that touched my heart : In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the anti-American sentiment and negativity, we should remember England 's Prime Minister Tony Blair's words during a recent interview. When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America , this is what he said: "A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want in .. and how many want out. Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you: 1. Jesus Christ 2. The American G. I. One died for your soul, .. the others died for your freedom." Had always touched my heart with him calling me that since I am an only child, figured I would never hear that! "May God and the Angels protect him and guide him on his new journey!" And, I told him at least Bush is planning to pull Troops out so his odds are slimmer to be shipped off ...... :-) Grandma has a 2 appointments today. Busy Busy running about.
