Does anybody actually agree w/ new feedback rules?

I've read a lot of blogs where people are upset with the new feedback rules.  I am very unhappy with these rules and I have stopped selling.  I agree that retalitory feedback was a problem; but at the same time, non-paying bidders deserve to be held accountable.  Why then will ebay not allow sellers to leave negative feedback once the buyer fails to respond to the unpaid item dispute?  Seems to me that this would eliminate retalitory feedback and, at the same time, hold non-paying bidders accountable.

My question is, do any sellers agree with these changes?  I'm curious to hear your opinions!

New feedback rules

Does anybody else think these new feedback rules are unfair to sellers?  If ebay wants to stop the so-called "retalitory feedback" issue, that's fine, but wouldn't it make sense to allow the seller to leave negative feedback once a buyer fails to respond to an unpaid item dispute?  In my opinion, a buyer who fails to pay for what they committed to buy deserves negative feedback, and the seller who got cheated deserves to leave that negative feedback!
