We finally had to have the vet come out and put our 15 year old lab down. He is now resting next to his mother. He was born on the place and the only time that he had been off ,was when he got fixed. Our dogs get their shots most of the time when we have the vet out to the ranch. He was our son's dog. He use to swim in our pond and fetch the sticks as we thru them out. He was a good dog and friend. We miss him already.

people state if we don't strike, that we are letting our country down. BS, As a x firefighter and sheriffs reserve deputy, I can tell you I am not a coward. You really don't know a person until you are under fire with them! At 26 years I buried my 1st husband, he died in the line of duty. My husband now served 20 years in the air force. I did not strike, because it was my business choice. I stood behind those that choose to strike. But to be called names is crossing the line of no return! Shame on you that crossed that line. E-bay is a business, not like fighting for our country! I have always taken the oath to defend this great country of ours, and someone has a lot of gall to say otherwise. I just talked to Shartey, and she gave me permission to print this.
Maybe me giving up will serve a purpose...maybe it will tell people that others have feelings, maybe it will make things real, maybe it will open up hearts to stop attacking others, because they think differently, maybe it will stop people from saying hateful thing to someone that worked hard thier entire life...just maybe this is what it takes...to lose the voice of someone that really cared, that hurt for evey person on the blog that suffered or hurt for the ones that were down...or hurt because someone was sick all the time ...hell I don't know, but I know this, some one with 2 sales this past year does not have the right to suggest that the ebay strike is equal to fighing for my country. I think not.
my (((hugs))) to you and all that have shown that they care, but the ones that don't care are not showing thier faces, and they will over and over again.

I just got back from town, turned on the pc, and wham! Shartey, is upset and wants to leave??? When I first started here she was one of a few that reached out her hand to help me and give me moral support. I look up to her for doing the post during the strike, it kept the rest of us informed. She is intitle to write any thing she wishes on her blogs. If you don't like it, simple, stay off. How dare someone attack this fine lady and business woman. Is it because you are jealous of her?? What ever the reason, I feel who ever you are you should be ashame of yourself. Shartey, please don't leave! I always look forward to blogging with you each day. You are someone which I look up to. You have been there when I needed you, and I know that you have helped others. Please don't leave because of small minded people. You know that most peope on here have a lot of respect for you.There is always a rotton apple in the barrel. Please stay.
