Selling WICKED and LORD OF THE RINGS cards at a goodly rate (Average £1.50 a pack) on EBAY however do not feel that I shall be a millionaire any time soon.  I am at work all this week but off at the weekend (28th/29th June) and heading down to EASTBOURNE, EAST SUSSEX to see my mother (and lounge about a bit) and am also off work a couple of days next week.

A lady with a face like a prune, swigging extra strength cider from a LILT bottle, tried to chat me up on the bus home after I saw THE INCREDIBLE HULK (OKish) on Sunday.  Sadly this is the best offer I have had for months...

I am hoping that I shall hear shortly about an outstanding claim for an increase in salary (backdated to 2006) which has been rumbling on since November 2007.  I am also hoping that I will get a payout from NAT WEST subject to the current Office of Fair Trading row with banks over their charges - fingers crossed !

I am at work all day today in charge of the office where there will be 4 weddings.  I had a nice evenuing just me, the cats (see photos on MYSPACE and FACEBOOK) and a bottle of wine and a home delivery chicken korma with coconut rice.

Fell asleep mid-meal on the sofa.  Woke up about 03:00 am with no sign of the korma (or rice) and a house full of burping felines.

I have a bit of a cough/cold and am not looking forward to today at all which I think will drag a bit - it is also raining in London which opens up a whole can of worms - weddings wise as nobody will weant to go out of the office once here.

Got a big book about JACK KIRBY (artist) and a Joker T-Shirt in FCUK (£25 bit pricey!)  - Also some EBAY DVDs arrived.

Vive la weekend !

PAY DAY - at last !  Settled a couple of accounts on EBAY and am off to get some magazines from my newsagents and then do some shopping for food, odds and cat food. 

I am hoping to collect some DVDs and will probably buy CLOVERFIELD and the first DVD of DOCTOR WHO Series 4.

I am working Saturday as there is a last minute wedding at a hotel in Kensington (5pm Saturday).

Had a row with a couple yesterday who turned up at 6pm, without an appointment, even though they had 11 months to do their paperwork - having booked last August and now only having 5 days left in which to do it.  This is the second row this week including the woman who wanted no Northeners to do her wedding.  (Racist!)

Well I have had a couple of weird days.  Jason Donovan will be getting officially married soon as he has already had a big ceremony in Bali - with luck I shall be doing the wedding - and there is a good chance of autographs which may well be my next EBAY items. 

The weirdest thing, though, was a lady getting married who had two demands that the MALE registrar with blue eyeshadow who cries at weddings (???) did NOT do her wedding and that the person doing the ceremony should not have a northern accent - racist or what ?

I spent this morning trying to find a missing £7 from the till on both Monday and Tuesday which took the best part of two hours going through receipts and swore in a new british citizen who was wearing Queen Elizabeth II boxer shorts - what is it with the warm weather ?

I need a bit of shopping so roll on Friday...

Am almost off home (17:20 so home about 19:30ish) had a tiring day back at work and could really do with another day off to get over the week that I almost had off last week.  Went to Eastbourne, came back again, met Margaret Thatcher (and John Major), auditioned for a TV game-show and then came into work to argue that I have been underpaid for two years and am due a slab of back-pay.  At least this Fridauy is pay-day (hurray!) and I can catch up on some purchases - retail therapy cannot be beat. 

I am running out of postcards to sell on EBAY and have a last batch of Kylie, LOTR and Wicked postcards to go then I will have to fish around for something else to sell.  I did start out with a whole stack of postcards but gave most of them away as freebies with other items.

I have a work free weekend 14th and 15th and will probably be putting up blinds for my friend Clare and browsing in Poundland for X-Files, Stargate and Charmed DVDs (they seem to be selling off a lot of the magazine series DVDs but without the magazines.
