I have just had the dodgiest dealings with auctioncentralaustralia, are they just the dodgiest or what?????

I bought a digital antenna off this mob, took them a week and a half to find my payment in their bank account, then another 2 weeks to post it out to me, it came just in its standard box, not enough packaging, and some crush damage on the box, but all of the internals appeared to be intact! The antenna was delivered during the really big storms and winds that Sydney has just been hammered by, and I was buggered if I was going to get on the roof with 120+km/h winds and risk life and limb, just so I could check if it was working in the first 24hrs of receiving it as per their DOA policy listed in their auctions! I emailed them as soon as it arrived and explained the situation, and asked for a response.

Well to my suprise, no response! Another 9 emails were sent and even after I was able to get on the roof, and install as per the crap instructions that were within the packaging, no response. I then finall get one response from now 10 emails, and I get told to mail it back to them, Registered Post only, otherwise they will not accept it and it will be returned to sender, and they will assess if it is a warranty claim! If it is deemed to be my fault, not a manufacturers fault, I then have to pay a 3rd lot of postage, to get my antenna back off them. Now even after the now 16 emails, still not a further response, I reported the item and seller to eBay. I have been waiting and waiting, and finally the other day they responded by saying that their interpretation of DOA is damaged on arrival, not if it doesn't work. If it doesn't work, you must pay for the return shipping, registered as explained before, and then pay to get your item back off them after their determination!

This is just crap! 

Anyone else had an issue with this mob, I would love to know!
