Alright fine, my listings are not as fancy as yours but I would bet if someone used your listings description and/or picture, then turned around to sell the same or similar product as yourself and sold it cheaper to cut you out of the market what would you say then.

Hmmmm! Your work for someone else gain, unless you’re the one who's committing the sin.

Now listen up. I have caught one guy/seller that used my picture and description. When I approached him about it, he fessed up (hournable) I wished him luck on his listing (great) I didn't report him to ebay. Even though he used it and didn't ask and sold it.

For those who think it is no big deal, it's flatering. Your a fool!

now why is it when you get caught you play as if you have no idea what anyone is saying. that it couldn't possibly you that has commited the foul intention of copying some one else listing or the format of it just because you were to lazy to come up with your own.

i have seen sellers with links from my own auctions on their listings WHY WHY is all i ask. how hard can it be to create a simple description because mine are just that SIMPLE. nothing fancy at all but they seem always to use it without asking.
