Most Recent Posts Wonderful Wednesday!Posted Jun-25-08 16:30:48 PDT Well i finally did it, I forgot my laptop at home. So I really couldn't work too much on eBay stuff form my work computer. It was nice to take a small break and only do one job during the day. Get ready for listing this weekend, I am ready to work and hopefully everyone will be ready to Buy. My son and I went to get haircuts this afternoon and picked up a Pizza for Dinner. Headed to neighbor’s house now to help her move some items but i will be back soon. thanks to everyone for your time and your business. Tuesday -the day after Monday and still swamped.Posted Jun-24-08 14:22:20 PDT I am just too busy. Still working my daytime job and lately work has been good so i have not had a chance to do much eBaying. I am managing to ship orders (and there are a lot-almost 30 just today) but i am answering questions slowly at the moment, sorry folks but I am giving it all I have and as Bones (star trek reference) would say I cannot take much more. Going to go slow on listing more products until a I get a little better inventory system which I will work on this weekend so look for new listing on Monday. I will be featuring a Keyboard, mouse, and Speaker combination kit. For those of you who read this blog I will also be offering a 5.00 additional discount. I did find some nice new travel Bluetooth mice, some new media center remote controls, some really nice laptop bags in both nylon and leather today, and finally I was able to obtain a limited number of XPS mouse pads which i think are really cool. Thanks again for all your time and your business. Maniac MondayPosted Jun-23-08 19:50:17 PDT Started the day early-6am, early for me anyway because I had to deliver and setup a new computer. So I arrived at work early to ship orders and WOW! Did my customers purchase some items this weekend! I shipped over 44 items this morning and still had at least 20 more orders to ship. At 10am I headed to Round Rock to install a computer for my life insurance agent/Investment Broker. It took 4 hours, so much software to load, transfer of data, server drive mapping, and outlook pst files, printers, more and more. But he has happy at the end and it felt good to get my hands back in the grind of computer work. I used to be a Systems Administrator for several companies during the Tech Boom. So sales were so good I sold out of the Silver and Black Dell optical mice, and I cannot find any of them at a good price so I pulled all the listing for that item for now. This afternoon I spent most of my time visiting various banks for my job. I did find time to get my vehicle detailed and another WOW, the guy did an amazing job; I was impressed, very impressed with his work. It was nice, a 30 dollars car wash that took 1 hour, and the whole time I was able to plan out my day for tomorrow. Another lesson for the time management book. Thanks again for your time and business. Super Sunday offPosted Jun-22-08 22:06:43 PDT Updated Jun-22-08 22:16:31 PDT I will have to admit that I enjoyed my Sunday off. We drove back from Corpus Christi arriving home around 130. Spent the day relaxing, bathed a couple of horses and the dog. about the best thing that happened today was with my son. he was complaining about not having anything to play with as most kids of three would say. So i told him to play with his Smart Bike. The Christmas gift that he smartly has used about 4 times. The best thing was that he hooked up the smart bike by himself. He matched the video and sound wires to the colors and plugged them in. He then turned on the TV and gave me a look, so I showed him the input button and told him to press it until he got to the page that said FRNT and i spelled out the letters and told him they stood for the front input. He found the input and spelled the letters out loud, he proceed with caution and asking did he do it right and was it time to turn on the smart bike. Maybe you just had to be there. thanks for your time and business, |
