I would like to introduce myself. My name is Debra and I manage the ebay store for Discount Ramps. I love my job, love the people I come in contact with, even the tough ones. My days are hard-espicially Monday's. But the overall satisfaction I feel when I make someone's day is worth it. The thank you notes, cards, emails, the unexpected gifts I've received make it so worth while. I get emails that make me laugh, upset me, make me want to scream, make me think, everything, you name it I get it. I'll share some here now and then, probably only the funny ones or the what? kind.
We sell everything to do with mobility-moving people, pets, toys (you know the big stuff: ATV, bikes, etc)- from one place to another. My favorite accomplishment is when a new customer calls needing a ramp for a physcially challenged person and I help them! To feel that emotion from them when they realize we have what they need is wonderful!
Well, I need some coffee now. Yep-can't live without that. I can skip food but I gotta have coffee!!!
