First, this customer did not have an address that was acceptable by paypal. I wrote the customer and let them know I was not comfortable that paypal did not recognize this address. I refunded their money in full. I was not able to leave them feedback. Now my score when from 100% to 85.7% with one neutral score. That does not seem right to me!!!
