Trying to figure it out............

I am trying to figure out why my rating on shipping is hovering just above four stars.

I dont upcharge the shipping.  I dont add handling fees.  I weigh the item and post what USPS says that the item should ship at.

Granted it varies, depending on the location of the winning bidder, and there is no way for me to know where it will be shipping when I list the item.

A few times I have even lost money on the postage when the item sold for just 99cents.

I guess you cant make everyone happy, and possible those that are giving a lower rating on the shipping haven't shipped anything in a while and are not aware of what shipping cost can be today.

Oh well, we will just keep plugging along.
