I was in a luncheon at Ebay live and everyone was irate about this new feedback system.  I can not be convinced how this is a good step toward a safe buying invironment.  Many buyers with very low ratings do not understand the challenges sellers have and When you receive exactly what was ordered you should give a neutral rating  and comment "Good."  I hope they do something sooner than later because I think everyone is getting frustrated.

There is no better boss to have than yourself.  Find your passion and just run with it.  I rather not sit in a cubicle having to look over my shoulder for someone to sell me out so they can get ahead.  Do what you love and you will never work another day in your life.
