The Great British Weather

This time last year I was drenched in a puddle of sweat....  This year I'm drenched in rain.  Ok so what happened to summer ??  For those of us reading this who are not in the United Kingdom last summer was blinkin' hot, very hot, in fact the hottest we've had in years.  This year's is best left undescribed.  Oh well there's always August ;-)

you may not be able to take our summer, last Christmas it was 48*C here with the airconditioner trying it's best, all we could do was sleep in the day! you couldn't walk on the deck or the concrete and the pool was like a bath!

xanadu, i would really try, being a red head my skin dosent like the sun but as long as I cover up well it is great.

Last summer was the hottest in the UK for some time. I don't recall the temperatures but what with the weather and the world cup the sales could have been better ;-) Least all this rain is keeping people indoors and hopefully on eBay !!
