It seems the person requesting the item is using other people's Discover Cards to purchase items. Is it easy to get away with other people's money with a Discover Card? Discover Card holders be aware. When does "My PayPal is not working." becomes an excuse for non-payment.Posted Oct-16-08 17:52:35 PDT We're receiving a lot of these excuses from new buyers and I'm wondering how can this be. Buyers, please pick-up a phone and call PayPal, they will help you with properly setting up your account. Meanwhile, honest sellers like us have to deal with non-paying buyers, deal with decreasing stock numbers and wait 2 weeks to get fees back from eBay. Then, with all the feedback changes we can't do our due diligence and inform the eBay community about dead-beat buyers. This process gets annoying and tiresome.
