on our walk this morning, we went to a small lake that was partially frozen and the surroundng park was beautiful with frozen landscape. I decided that I need to start taking pics and sharing with eveyone. Today, I had an issue with breaking the ice. I kept throwing rocks untill one would finally break throuh, it was so much fun!---we have fun when we walk, get things talked out-----bond-----and most important, it is what is keeping us healthy! www.ejshealthplus check out the insulin page...

We don't get that much snow, so to have a few inches is really fun! Of course we will get out and walk. The dogs will love it!

Been getting new activewear in my store. I am finding that I LOVE all the differant styles and brands of tracksuts, sweatpants and such. I continually shop to find good inventory that I can offer to my customers. I really feel that if I can offer some new, cute clothes, maybe that will inspire people to get up and out to walk. Well, we started Volksmarching yesterday. 10K in the olympic forrest. It was a constant mix of rain and snow the whole time, so we got to test alot of our rain gear. But, It was so FUN! Meet new people, be out in nature, get new perspectives on daily life. Walking is good, but volksmarching with other folks who appreciate walking, nature, meeting new people and planning fun events.....It's the best! Look for some walks in your area, then, you could always grab something to wear from our store...(:
