I'm lucky on the Date

"Happy" bride :)

3 days before electoration of Russian President, 2 days before my marriage... It's told that the bride is the happiest woman in the world... hmmmmm, I'm not sure :)
Cause I'm satisfied with all these shoppings and preparings. Today I broke 3 nails, I hope nothing would happend with my hairs. It seems to me, in our country there's such a low percentage of divorces cause noone wants to get marry one more time and one more time to solve these difficults :))) Why do we need to make a party, we live together for a year already. It's a tradition. And all wedding consists of traditions (including Russian salt&bread (this is a last chance to salt for each other) and Gorko! wich I would hear? I think, thousands times. I wish everything happened as soon as possible, realy tired, but I need to go to grow nails :)))

i had a NON traditional wedding. We were married outside in front of the lovely mccoy river. we had homecookin, buffet style, compliments of every southern woman i know. we had a very nontraditional ceremony, our good friend, who also happens to be licensed to preform marriages, married us, we had wines and beers and good homecooked food and good friends. no formal stuff for us. a simple fairy dress for me and a pair of khakis for my son and husband. it was the best wedding i could have imagined. :P

that's sounds like it was wonderful TRU! :D
I asked all the women of my family to cook for my wedding, it looked a lil' formal but we didn't let if FEEL formal!!!!! We had the Best DJ!! We did a "Dollar" dance and raised money to spend on the honeymoon... turns out we made over 1,000 DOLLARS between the dance and cards/checks!! we also got out on the dance floor and did an "ice breaker" dance,... we had to grab someone to dance with, then the DJ gave a cue to change, then we'd grab someone else and whoever was on the floor had to grab someone and before long EVERYONE was dancing!! I had people over a YEAR later telling me what a blast it was. that made me feel so good that they had a great time!!

thanks! I've survived after wedding. Now I'm a happy wife... All wedding I was in wonderful mood and my husband was very nervous. He said he'd like never marry one more time - it's too nervous :)
