Hello to all, I have been disappionted last month when I won one item on eBay (digital Camera, Sony DSC-V1). The seller described that it is new. As I know it costs about $260 in new condition. But you know, I won it on eBay with the price of $150, then seller tried to cheat on me, avoiding to not send the item because he was lost. What I can do? I just open a dispute for the item not recieved to get the refund. As you know, sometimes you get partially or full refund. Though you get full but that is after at least 2 months (1 month for waiting the item and another 1 month is for refund). This is one disadvantage in which they can use or circulate their business using your money! Second is that they will not ship the item whose price lower than they prefer, they just let you claim for refund so that you may finally get your money back, but sellers get an advantage by not selling you the item with very price. This is unfair and disadvantage for all buyers here. This is weak point for buying on eBay I have faced. In my opinion, we all should get exactly what we have won, even there is an accident, sellers should be responsible for this because it is not your false, my friends. It is them, the sellers. If sellers are unable to send the item, then sellers should pay an additional money to buyer to compensate what buyer have been lost (e.g. money, time, etc.) otherwise several sellers can do what I have said above. eBay should make more rules to cover this situation to help all buyers who bid honestly, but were disadvantaged by sellers. It is not just only the refund. Open your eyes all buyers, this is unfair!!!
