Lately I spend so much time on ebay that I forget, or don't have time to work on my personal email, so of course, the mailbox is full. I've found that several buyers who have tried to contact me, only do so through my personal email. It seems that maybe people don't realize that if they click on the "Contact Seller" link that their message will come to me through ebay, even if my own mailbox is full. Iguess I really need to work on clearing my mailbox, but maybe it's a good idea to put a little note on an invoice and/or a packing slip to always contact someone through the ebay site. That way it will avoid frustration for the buyers who can't reach me. Anyone else ever have this problem?
