Wake UP E-BAY THE NEGETIVES STINK I SEE A BIG LQQP HOLE IN THE WAY

Wake up E-bay the Negetives Stink.. along with- -- Theres a big LQQP hole in the way feedbacks are handled

I was the buyer and I won 6 seperate items from one seller But when I received Them they weren't as discribed .

So I emailed the seller to ask for a Refund 2wks went by he never responded finally I sent him 2 Negetives for the most expensive items that i received ...it didnt take him but 5 minutes to start sending me Negetives...for What I hadn't done anything wrong . I got a hold of ebay and they said I would have to file a Dispute and than a complaint on the Negetives But before they could remove any thing I still had to wait for the dispute to close

And Guess what followed me everywhere I went on ebay 6 Negetives It got to the point that I only signed in to check on my dispute

So Come on  What are you waiting for Post your thoughts on " is there a big LQQP hole in the way feedbacks are handled "With enough of our thoughts Feedback just might snag a few and get Feedback Running how it was intended in the first place.......

Heres my Thoughts for a smooth true transaction on feedback........

After the seller receives payment from the buyer ebay will send the seller a feedback form in there messages the seller has 24 hours to respond.

After the buyer receives his package and there happy than they go to ebay and request there feedback they have 2 days to send it in after they request for there feedback.

If the buyer wants a refund than they have to email the seller wait 10 days if the seller dosen't respond than the buyer has to file a dispute and than request for there feedback so the can file a Neg. If the buyer sends a Negetive to the seller the seller will receive a message in his home page telling them a negetive was filed but the Negetive will not be in force intill the dispute has closed this way there won't be any stress just in case the seller did no wrong.

If the seller wins the dispute than they can request for another feedback to resend to the buyer they have 2 days to resend.

There should never be 2 Negetives for one auction.

The way feedbacks are at this time it allows the seller to hold on to a black mail card so if the buyers not happy than they strike back... and for what the buyer sent the payment but there was something wrong There are several GQQD and honest Sellers on ebay and they will do all they can to resolve the problem.... and for this the buyer closes dispute cancels the negetive that never went inforce or showed up so no hard feelings and a mush Honest way to send and receive a FEEDBACK ........ This will stop alot of headaces ~~ ~~   Thanks for taking the time to read but PLEASE take some time to send in your response ~~ ~~ EPLuribusErrors Kim ~~ ~~

Hi...I like your thoughts. There shouldme more rules from ebay governing feedback....I just got my first negative. I purchased two large items from the same seller within days of each other. The first had a little flaw, vbut i was trying to be nice and i left pos feedback/I did email the seller with the little flaw and REQUESTED nicely that the second (in stock in large quantities) saddle be checked before they sent it. Of course, they ignored that email entirely, and sent me a saddle package that was seriously damages. When I told her how unhappy I was, she quoted me the PRICE...it was 83.00, not 830.00 and told me to RERUN it. Huh?I guess she figured I was too sensible to pay 80.00 shipping for an 83.00 saddle package,so that was her suggestion....well...I did get a little angry and sent her an abrupt email regarding what I thought of her business practices....and you can all trust me that the terrorism in this country is still going on daily, delivered to us by the hands of middle easterners living in this country and selling substandard products to launder the money, knowing that WE are all to concerned with our business reputations to risk negative feedback...of course after I left her tha positive feedback, she left me negative feedback anyhow....go figure....but I'm done. Thank you all for letting me vent, and I hope I haven't offended anyone. God Bless all

What you propose is a little complicated. It should be if I have to NPB a buyer they should not be allowed to post any feeback at all. The same goes for defunct sellers who never ship your item out to you. I also believe that the time frame for leaving feedback should be 30 days only.

When I first started serious selling on eBay, I would post feedback as soon as I received payment for the items and had shipped them. I quit doing that after I had posted positive feedback for someone, even though he had caused me a few problems in the payment and shipping. He then turned around and left me a neutral saying som false things, I replied to it, but the fact is, it is still there. I don't hold the feedback to blackmail, I hold the feedback to wait until all is completed. Then I post.

But as the seller you should post the feedback as soon as you receive the payment if theres a problem than you should be able to express that with out feeling the stress of the truth knowing if you let all the other sellers now that that buyer was slow with payment or maybe "" what ever it may be you your self felt the pressure of the truth but the seller should give there feed backs accordinley to there experence with that buyer. If the seller fills the buyer deservers a Negetive than explaine with your negetive and if the buyer sends one just because you sent one to him or her than there at wrong now do you understand what I'm trying to express" Right now the way feed backs are given are sometimes out of fear that if you warn the buyers or sellers your gonna get a stabb back even if you did everything by the ebay rules this should not be able to happen .Please reread your comment in your own words you expressed why you were holding back on the buyers feedback you said you wait to send the feed back untill all is completed it is completed as soon as the buyer sends your money and you receive the payment the feedback should be released from the seller to the buyer and if the buyer than has a beef with the seller and sends them a wrong ful negetive than the seller should have the chance to give a reasonable explanation to ebay and if as the seller did everything by the ebay rules and the buyer falsely sent a negetive than the buyer should be banned from bidding . The feedbacks werent ment for stabbing a right for a wrong or a wrong for a right ..........

I feel your pain, I guess the best thing to do is quit buying on ebay because Ebay's not going to change anything that is obviously profitable for them. Think about it, they are a go between web site that plays both sides of the coin, they could care less. However, the ones who do care are the sellers and the credit card companies. Alot of the credit card companies wont even back you on items you buy on ebay because alot of there customers and credit card holders are are their bread and butter and ebay is a good market for them. Do some investigating and find out that ebay is one of the largest online open selling markets and captures a large part of the "world" market profits. You have to think like a business person. Leave Ebay and suggest everybody do the same and I guarantee you you will see a major, bigtime change in the way they deal in the buyers interest. Without buyers there is no sellers or ebay and in some cases no credit card companies.
