This is a huge announcement that could provide good stimulus for the Phoenix and valley housing market and help a lot of people with even further great deals. This stimulus package would help get many of the Phoenix foreclosed homes off the market so eventually the non foreclosed Phoenix homes will start selling more frequently. This will enable the Phoenix Real Estate market to start to recover and become more balanced.
