What is wrong with this picture?

I bid on an item. I win that item. I pay for that item. The seller doesn't ship that item. The seller refunds my money for that item. I want the seller to abide by the eBay user agreement, and ship the item I won and paid for.

And, WHY?, you ask...because feedback is voluntary and should not be a stipulation for shipping something that is sold on eBay. But, it happens everyday. This time, it is blatent.

Buyer Beware: Do NOT buy from climport2004

The seller has a bad rep! I didn't notice the amount of negative feedbacks in the last six (6) months, let alone in the last year. They sold me a power supply that just had enough copper in it to operater the fan, but advertised it as having 500 watts ("This will give your computer the power it craves."). Then the seller gives me a negative feedback!

I finaly got my full refund from the Resolution Center, but the seller should never have shipped me the product in the first place. Or they should have tested the product. It does not say "untested" or "not tested" anywhere on the product page: item # 330038363604!

They have had it back now and probably sold it to another "mark"...and who knows how many empty boxes that haven't got any copper in them, that they have.

So, if you need anything, just beware of these guys!

Should the seller or the buyer, be the first one to leave feedback????????

Major question regarding feedbacks:

Granted the system is voluntary.

Who is the one the should leave feedback first?

Or is it the seller, who is afraid that they are not being honest enough (or has the "balls") who has to hide behind the "Feedback" button because they are scamming anyone that buys from them.

And if the buyer has a problem with the product, shouldn't he/she be allowed to warn others of the danger involve with buying from that seller. (Example: If a tele-evangelist were harping about sending him money, wouldn't you want to tell that next door neighbor about them, before they put the check for $1000.00 in the mail?)

If the buyer doesn't pay, then sure, the seller can wait for posting feedback. But once that money is transfered into the seller bank/PayPal account, that' it. The buyer has "successfully" completed his/her end of the bargain!
