Getting ready for the holiday season

Good Morning to all!

What is everyone else doing to prepare their stores for this falls season? Are you ready yet? It's so hard for me to think Christmas  (brr) in August (sweat), but I know many people are born organized and have started, and some completed their Christmas shopping by now.  I usually start my shopping about Dec 15, Of course being swamped thru Sept, Oct and most of Nov for hunting season, doesn't help!

This year, rather than wait until Dec 1 to think about adding items in my store for sale, I'm working hard to be organized and ready to sell. Any tips and thoughts any of you experienced sellers would care to share, would be appreciated.

I have two new lines I'm working on,

Cedar patio and garden furniture, which I know I'm late on, still hoping some folks in places where it is warm all year round will still be needing.

Children's Furniture. Custom made chairs, sofas, beanbags, cowboy cowgirl boot chairs, video rockers, pet beds, toy bins and more that I am hoping will be a good seller. Especially if anyone is designing the kids rooms or playrooms to coordinate, we can have the furniture made with their fabrics.

Oh and my red hat society gifts has been expanded with the same beautiful artwork to encompass everyday living with Faith, Hope and Charity.

Well coffee's done, time to be "Mom" again for a bit.

Good Morning!!! Whatever you do, don't wait till December to list the good stuff!! October I think is the best time to stick good stuff in the stores.

Thanks for visiting and commenting! I'm trying to get ready now. Fall is our families crazy season with hunting, being hunters, taxidermists, and outfitters, all normal, routine life stops from mid sept to mid nov and by then I'm too wiped to think Christmas and when I finally do in mid Dec, it's TOOOOOO late, so this year, my goals are to really focus on ebay during the fall/winter months, instead of only the spring/summer months.
