Most Recent Posts Oh I am so angryPosted Jul-05-08 23:55:56 PDT Okay, Okay, Okay, I admit defeat. I am back. It appears that I am selling on another site, not much but I am selling. However, it seems traffic here is still much better, than anywhere else, so I budged and added more items for sale. Aaannnyyway....I bought a few items, gemstones, jewelry etc within the past month here on ebay. One seller stood out to me because of his beautiful jewelry, exactly after my taste. This seller also sells loose gemstones, which I collect. I am not a fan of Amethyst BUT, I thought why not buy one for my collection anyway, just so that I have it in my collection. It was a HUGE stone almost 32 ctw and before I bought, I send a message to the seller asking if his stones are natural or created and he ASSURED me that ALL of his gemstones are natural. I bought the Amethyst. It wasn't expensive, yet still, I expected the real thing. I received it today and it was gorgeous, so, eagerly I left positive feedback for the seller. THEN the UNTHINKABLE happend. I dropped the stone and it broke. A piece broke off and LO AND BEHOLD..............................................the stone is CREATED. There is a way to see with your eyes whether or not a stone is lab created or not and this stone had the SIGNIFICANT signs that it is created. Ya think I am ticked off ? DARN these unethical sellers and their lies.
ANNOUNCEMENTPosted May-01-08 10:42:57 PDT I've made the decision to leave Ebay as a Seller. I have not had even ONE PENNY profit on any sale because Ebay and PayPal is right there with a shovel scooping up everything with their fees. I have found a different auction site that charges $8 per month and I can list as much as I want and don't have to worry if I am even to come out ahead. As a buyer, Ebay was good to me but as a Seller, I feel that I've passed over to the dark side. I wish all you the very best of luck and maybe I'll see some of you around. Remember SMILE.................it may just make someone's day. Liquidation.com complaintsPosted Apr-30-08 21:20:55 PDT Because I've had some really bad experiences with Liquidation.com, a site that is being promoted by a few sites, I thought, I'd like to hear about experiences others have had with this "company". Has anyone, who had bad experiences considered a law suit against said "company" ? I read on another ebayer's blog that when she pursued a matter with the company in order to resolve the issue, SHE was threatened with a law suit and at that point she gave up. What I want to know is, how a company gets away with their dishonest practices and scams people out of money and I am sure it has reached many thousands of dollars by now and nothing is being done about them ? Thoughts anyone ? A TributePosted Apr-28-08 23:36:30 PDT This is a short blog entry to honor all brave men and women that have given their lives for our freedom and for our safety. THANK YOU....to all those that drive to work into a day from which they don't know if they'll return THANK YOU...to all those that walk the fields, the dirt roads, the city streets and halls, not knowing if they will lay their head to rest after the day is over. THANK YOU...to all Soldiers that have given their lives for my freedom, for our freedom THANK YOU...to all Police Officers, that drive the streets, walk the streets in uncertainty, ready to defend my life, our lives THANK YOU....to all the Firemen- and women, who willingly go into blazing situations to carry out the little puppy, the woman, that man, that child, from distress, into safety THANK YOU...to all the Correctional Officers who are forgotten, who have been forgotten, who walk the halls and yards of our prisons, little to no protection for themselves, ready to keep the public save and sometimes not making it out alive.
