Negative FEEDBACK left

Last month,I had a bidder who try to bargain AFTER bidding on the product. I do not entertain such request and politely told her so. She paid up and I sent items to her.

SIDE TRACK : WHY WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN SUCH REQUEST
1) All terms were clearly stated in auctions

2) I need to eat and live too... since ebay fess have up

Few days ago, bidder left 2 nasty feedback and I of course retalitate! I was NOT in the wrong,

Today, bidder left a string of very nasty neg for me.... and funny enough I am not as upset as I thot I will be. This time I am rude to her.

It is truly sad how " half truth is WORSE than lies" and how dishonest people can be . I replied to all her feedback and I hope this sage ends ... it's like a monkey show.

And I have joined in to become an unwilling participant!.

Is it because of my powerseller status, cos if it is... all fo U should know I do not make much being a powerseller. Only ebay makes a lot from my listing fees. LOL.

all you can do is leave them negative, they wait till things calm down and offer mutual withdrawl of feedback.

I doubt it... I left few good feedback after bidder paid... so I am the one saddled with all the bad neg. Bidder plan it all.... email me to leave good feedabck and a week later lft all the nasty comments.

Worse part is nasty... but NOT TRUE comments

The more people you deal with the more chances you have to clash with someone. Just do what I do if they complain before you ship the item tell them that you would rather do a mutual withdrawl and let them out of the deal all togeather. As for e-bays higher fees screw there 5 star crap. run 1 to 99 cent sales and put your bottom line in the s/h. If you do that e-bay fees get cut in half and people are going to pay what there going to pay.

the only good thing is it counts as one neg. dont write any respones to it and get it off your first page asap. i think anyone reading it will see the guy is nuts. i wouldnt worry about it.

Can you imagine the damage a buyer like this will inflict come May when sellers won't be allowed to leave negs anymore. And the buyer will string out the negs one per week so they ALL will count against any seller they really want to hurt.

Hey I had my first neg last night and unlike you I was very upset. Still find myself wanting to be upset but know that realisticly there is always going to be someone to leave a neg. You could be absolutely perfect in all areas and there will be the one person who is not happy and will ruin your great feedback...I blocked this buyer

Cyclon5dogs, I am upset... but I do not want to be... that's why I blog here to let go steam. LOL

What is the point of being upset... I am very sure I am not in the wrong. The bidder time everything. After I left her positive feedback, she left me nasty feeback.... then when I left neg, she retaliate with a whole string.

I think her point is to discredit me and upset me....

I do not know if she can discredit me... only time will tell. If I get upset then I fall in her trap.

Yes, it's happening A LOT MORE. I had been selling on ebay a long time.... of late this is getting worse!

One bidder even copied ebay rules to me stating that seller must charge a "fair shipping"

To me, fair is stated in the T&C, by bidding, it is deemed that bidder agreed it to be fair?
