Negative Feedback

Last month,I had a bidder who try to bargain AFTER bidding on the product. I do not entertain such request and politely told her so. She paid up and I sent items to her.

SIDE TRACK : WHY WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN SUCH REQUEST
1) All terms were clearly stated in auctions

2) I need to eat and live too... since ebay fess have up

Few days ago, bidder left 2 nasty feedback and I of course retalitate! I was NOT in the wrong,

Today, bidder left a string of very nasty neg for me.... and funny enough I am not as upset as I thot I will be. This time I am rude to her.

It is truly sad how " half truth is WORSE than lies" and how dishonest people can be . I replied to all her feedback and I hope this sage ends ... it's like a monkey show.

And I have joined in to become an unwilling participant!.

Is it because of my powerseller status, cos if it is... all fo U should know I do not make much being a powerseller. Only ebay makes a lot from my listing fees. LOL.

To add on :

Bidder email me earlier to leave feedback for her and I did, Left some positive. The bidder left neg for me... had it been plan?

With new system in May, what will happen to sellers like me... if bidder does not read the terms and conditions carefully, is it my fault?

What can I do? I am feeling very lost and FRUSTATED!

I'm really sorry to hear that, I would definitely report her to ebay and send any correspondence she had to them with the bargaining listed... good luck

low items prices ,high shipping prices, links to outside of eBay site, fee circ by mentioning wholesale available in some of the listings.
You deserve the negatives.

I have deleted those. I have however 2 copy of her email

1) Stating that she received items and they were great
2) to pls leave feedback for her and she will do same for us

I have forward both back to her to remind her that she had agree that the items were good and that the neg were totally unfair.

I hope we can mutually withdraw. I doubt it as it seems all were planned

We are shipping from Singapore to Australia and not within the same country

If I deserve the neg so be it, I try my best to keep shipping low.

if you charged someone $30 and it cost $13, you're charging too much for shipping. your 4.2 DSR indicates that.

I am the ebayer that he is talking about.
I purchased 8 bibs and politely asked if the postage could be combined as i knew the parcel wouldn't be heavy or cost much to post.
He replied no, postage price clearly stated in auction.
I sell items on ebay too and i ALWAYS try to be fair and not overcharge for shipping, and have on MANY occassions lowered my postage costs to buyers who purchase more than 1 item.
If he excellent items isn't making any money, why not increase the price of items and charge a fair amounnt for shipping?
I left 2 negative feedbacks and then excellent items left me neg in retaliation, this is childish and unfair, i was a good buyer, paid quickly and (tried) to communicate well with this seller. I was only planning to leave 2 negs so as not to be nasty, but now have left all negs as this seller is a child!

1) Email us to say that products were great
2) Ask us to leave feeedback first

Only to back stab us, then call us childish?

Sorry I cannot help but find this all plan!

If bider finds that shipping is not acceptable WHY BID?

If Bidder bids in error, she should withdraw bid or ask for mutually cancel, but she did not.

"We too explain to U we never reduce shipping as it was stated in our auction. we have customers buying 50 pieces and we still charge the same"

So you could sleep at night charging someone $175 to send 50 items??? That's criminal

This is what is atated CLEARLY in all our auctions.

If bidder does now want item, bidder can

1) NOT BID
2) withdraw bid
3) Ask for mutually cancellation of bid

To bid then ask for discounts, we do not entertain.If we entertain one, it will not be fair to other paying customers.

Why cant I sleep? We never force anyone to bid, we do not force them to buy should they change their mind.

We also refund item 100% less shipping if customers wants to.
