Brave Luck Books ™ the fantasy imprint of Falbe Publishing in Chico, California added its first podcast from the fantasy novel Union of Renegades on March 19th. The first chapter has been recorded in mp3 format, and subsequent chapters will be released at regular intervals.

This week I have added a new ebook format to my inventory. I have sold Adobe PDF format ebooks with success on eBay, but I also realize that MobiPocket is a popular format. Another good thing about MobiPocket ebooks from Falbe Publishing is that they can be viewed successfully on the Amazon Kindle ebook reader. I have had this tested on a Kindle so I know it works.

As a publisher, I'm always putting out new books, ebooks, or websites. My most recent project was a website tribute to Jimi Hendrix called Amplified Genius. In the process I learned a lot about Jimi Hendrix, someone whose music I have appreciated for years.

With my mind so focused on Jimi Hendrix I decided to look around eBay for collectibles. Look at this cool poster I found. Wow! Hair was really hair back then.

I just finished Stephen Colbert's "I Am America (And So Can You) that I got for Christmas. The book was exceedingly funny. It's a nice way to tide oneself over during the writers' strike because you can have all Colbert's funniness that is on hold while his show does not have writers.

Aside from the writing, the photography in "I Am America (And So Can You)" was brilliant. You just have to see the photos to understand.
