what do you do when you order a candle making kit and after you melt the wax and add you dye and scent its all wronge and the seller wont make it good hes says i need to return the kit which the last time i checked you cant send back already melted wax in jars lol the seller is so rude he just called me a scammer and charged me 8.90 for a 2-3 day delivery and it took 6days to reach me i lost my sales on just that not to mention when the wax dyes where a flop what do i do

for example my colors cinnamon red turned out to be burnt orange

orchid turned out to be cream

fushia turned out light pink

i dont even want to get started on the scents

can someone please help me im new to ebay
