In case you haven't heard- Google just bought YouTube for 1.65 BILLION DOLLARS! Chad Hurley and Steve Chen are former PayPal employees and the founders of YouTube! This site has only been really active for about a year. They are both in their 20's and you just have to watch their video announcement... Click here to watch the video... I love that! Does that not just say it all?! If they can do it, we all can!!! Apparently early on (in it's long 11 month lifespan) Sequoia Capitol came in and invested like $11 million. Roelof Botha, a partner of Sequoia Capitol was a previous CFO of PayPal... and I guess he was instrumental in making it happen. That's the quickest money they've ever seen! Incredible! I spoke with eBay and I'm NOT restricted for any reason... it's just a lame glitch that they don't know how to fix! At least I'm able to post again... YAHOOOOOO!!!! Sarah WOW!!! For over a month, I've not been able to post or comment on my blog. I'd get this FRUSTRATING error.
Literally, no matter what I did... I couldn't post anything with any content in the "entry" section at all. It has been very frustrating- so I used eBay "Live Help". I can't tell you how UN-helpful that was. How many times can I be told to "clear my cache" or my cookies!!! I spoke to my Powerseller account manager, who was able to mimic what I was experiencing, by logging in as me- and was getting the SAME error- (hence, it's NOT an issue with my computer- ie: cookies, cache etc). I also emailed the pinks in charge of eBay blogs, R&G etc (hello Ryan!) and he was not able to help. So tonite, after feeling VERY frustrated indeed. I thought to myself... "I can't be the ONLY one experiencing this" so I went on over to the eBay Blogs Discussion Board. And I find this thread... ebay blogs are not available at this time. Unbelieveable! I'm not the only one! I'm not going crazy! And better yet, an eBay GENIUS has a fix for me! Shipscript suggested that a fix might be to post (for reasons that I don't understand or really care about- except that it works!!!) 5 threads in a row. I could do that... I just couldn't include any content in the "Entry" box. So I did that, and look at me! I'm posting again!!! So this one's for Shipscript! She's a genius at this stuff (at least I think she's a she!!!) Here are some more of her helps... Thanks Shipscript! Ok, now I get to think of a fun Louis Vuitton related guide entry, I'm just so glad to be back!!!
