This Weeks Diet Update

Hello Everyone,

Well I am in the first month of my diet now and things are going ok. At first I was a little more tired and fatigued everyday but now I am defiantly feeling the benefits of increased exercise.
One of the things I have noticed the most is how I feel in the mornings, I used to be really sluggish and struggle to get out of bed everyday, now its more of a reluctance and defiantly easier to get up.
On the weight loss side of things I have been a little disappointed, I have not actually lost as much as In would have liked by this point but I know it’s still early days. I am hoping that my body has got used to the new way of working now and will begin using up some of my fat, I am aimed to loose around 2 stone by this time next month, minimum.

I am still taking the natural weight loss pill that I mentioned before, it seems to be doing its job a little, I am certainly sacking less and that’s a big part of the battle for me.

Update Time

Hey Guys!

How is everyone doing? I have had a tiring week but thought I should update my blogs (even though I should be working heehee)

My diet has got off to a good start, while I have not lost that much weight yet I am feeling better and have settled into a ncie routine of exercise and am now working on modifying my diet as much as possible.

The sudden change in my lifestlye has not been easy I have been left feeling very tired due to the exercise increases and decrease of calorie intake, i'm also cutting coffee out of my diet so I don;t even get the caffine boosts!

I am in my third week of the Proactol fat binder, one of it's effects besides finding some of the fat inyour diet yo prevent it from going into your system is appetitie supression, i'm sure that i'm defiantely feeling this, increased exercise usually makes me hungrier but I have managed to eat less without the cravings.

A bit tip that has already helped me too is to snack on healthy seeds, it makes you feel a lot better when you have a small packet of seeds than a big fat choc bar :D

The First Steps

Hey Guys,

I thought I would update my blog with news on my progress, unfortunately I ended up putting my diet on hold as I had some things to sort out at home and I wanted to be 100% focused on loosing weight.

So, here we are at step one again, I am taking a similar approach to my last diet as it was working and I was definately loosing weight. The diet plan generally focuses on doing 30 minutes of exercise a day and eating a "balanced diet".

This doesn't mean anything like "don't eat that food" it just means no eating too much of one type of food. I have also been taking a natural weight loss product (not a drug) called Proactol.
It's a little to early to state results but I feel confident I can start loosing weight again.

Remember that the most important thing in a diet plan is dedication and support, feel free to ask any questions here and I will do my best to answer and recommend places for you to find more information.

My name is Robert and I am an IT Manager from Nottinghamshire. I am blogging to discuss my tips for male dieting as so many blogs and discussion groups exist for women and so few exist for men.

Support is essential when dieting and by reading about the simillar expierences of people in the same boat as you it can help set standards and expectations a t the right level.

I am about halfway into a 5 month diet program so I am going to slowly post about what I have tried and what has worked so far and then go on to post up to date news :)
