Regular play time helps keep your kitty's weight down, gives them stimulation, and can provide a bonding opportunity for you both.

I wanted to share with you a website of a non-profit organization that assists familys in obtaining help dogs even after they have been turned down by other organizations. The website is www.4pawsforability.org. They specialize in pairing up service dogs with children with Autism. Check it out! You may know someone in need.

Just another example of how pets can so positively effect our lives and give us so much.

With the "Dog Daze" of summer here, I would like to remind everyone to please keep your pets at home during these hot summer months. It only take a few seconds for the temperature in your car to reach triple digits, even with the windows open, and become life threatening for your dog. It is best for your pup to stay home in the air conditioning or with windows cracked and fans to circulate the air. And don't forget to leave plenty of fresh water as your pets get thirsty just like you do on these hot summer days!
