Great news! The shipment has arrived and I couldn't be happier with all of the gear we have got in.

The Air Climber is alot better than what I thought I'd receive after all of the reviews I have read around the internet. In fact it is pretty good all round. The item itself seem to be of excellent quality - and light as well - which makes it highly transportable around the house. The Air Climber DVD is of a professional standard and the 4 workouts are high intensity and motivating - I can see hours of fun here!! The bodycords it comes with add alot of different exercises that can be completed using the Air CLimber and ads to a full body workout - don't worry about just working out you legs, this machine will target your legs, bum and tum to no end!

The Ab Rocket is alot of fun to use, and I can actually feel it working out my abs! The Ab Rocket DVD it comes with is very professional and the routines demonstrated seem like fun also!! There are a number of different exercise routines for different fitness levels, and also different resistance levels to suit the most inactive of us to some of the most fit.
