THANKYOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. I SURVIED EASTER!!Posted Mar-26-08 04:56:39 PDT Busy, Busy, Busy is about all i can say here. I listed lots, have met some beautiful people through Ebay, but also been thoughly frustrated by the constant EBAY! glitches. My poor buyers! no Bank acct details or just part of them showing up! i wish Ebay would get a move on and fix this problem, its been going on just toooo long now! I am left wondering if buyers can see the details at all some times.I did find a different way to put them in afetr heaps of searching and advice from the forum boards. But they are right down the bottom of the page onthe invoice and most people just look to the right at the totals not right at the bottom :( Hurry up EBAY! get it fixed.Vent over :) I need an assistant seriously! i dont have enough time in my day to list all the things we have. I still have Barbies, Beanie kids,TY Bears and animals,Polly pocket, cabbage patch kids some kids clothes still not much left now :) power rangers, rescue heros, digimon. yugioh. Books where do i start, with a household of bookworms, this place usually resembles a bit of a library anyway! Lots of early readers, ladybird, first reader paperbacks, baby siter books, teen power, enid blyton, paul jennings, so many comics like phantom and super hero ones, dc and marvel comics, chic lit fiction and lifestyle books. Oh i will get round to posting them, i am aiming for 8 - 10 listings a day :) ill let you know if ican do it! ok going to have a break now :) hope this gives a bit of insight into my world. I can't wait till my house is de cluttered, but unfortunatley one has to make a mess to organise oneself first! :0 signing of for now, fluffy xx okay here we go again!!Posted Mar-12-08 22:07:49 PDT it's 2008, had a nice break over xmas, cleaned out the kids rooms, spare room and lots of stored things. So i have 1 large suitcase of clothes that my kids had grown out of!! no wonder they couldnt keep thier wardrobes tidy, too much stuff in there that didnt fit.Especially miss, seems she's finally had her teen growth spurt :) much to her disgust ,so many of her nice clothes she's recieved for xmas and b day don't fit her anymore. She's not happy Jan! sooo guess who i had spending time helping me to list, she's become a good little typest. Im still sticking with Auctiva for my listings, i tried really hard over xmas to undertand and get Turbo Lister to work but no luck, the postage calculator keep mucking things up, then my browser wasn't happy either. Oh well too much time wasted, i stuck with what i knew worked for me.If you have any constructive feedback on my listings your welcome to mention it. The Miss really wants to get a nintendo ds lite, so she is selling of alot of her toys/books/clothes etc to try to fund her dream ATM, them she will also try to get enough money for a clothes shopping spree with her friend.I told her she'd have to do alot of listing! :) Well, that's all for about now, i have some health issues at the mom stopping me in my tracks a bit, but trying to be positive. And have met some really lovely people on here since i have started ebay.Im learning about trying to list in the right catagories and the difference that can make! till later, fluffy duck week 6 :)Posted Dec-03-07 06:32:32 PST ok, getting a bit more used to this now, had my first non paying buyer, no contact at all! wonder if they were ever going to pay anyway? i sent 4 emails, had emails from her other customers who wereinthe same boat, no luck either. How sad a way to start your ebay experience. Well i know how to do a npb dispute now :( not that i wanted to ! Any one got any ideas for my listings? do they take too long to load on dial up? i tried for all the fancy stuff til i read that it takes ages to load, hopefully these new pages arnt so bad. Its very quite at the moment, dont know wether to have a holiday or stick around and list this time of year? any feedback from buyers listing similar who have traded over xmas b4? Meeting some really great people here on ebay, buyers and members on the chat boards. Unfortunatley met some not very nice ones too!' Have to get to bed now :) C YA AND THANKS FOR READING :) MERRY CHRISTMAS !
ok its week 3 nowPosted Nov-09-07 01:24:43 PST Boy i have learnt alot in 3 weeks, still feel i am just scraping the surface of the world that is ebay tho. :) buyers/feedback/postage this has to be my biggest issue area now. I now do not charge the $1.20 on top of postage as i was reccomended to do to cover materials/boxes/bub wrap. I now and forever more only charge the exact cost to the buyer that Australia Post charges me! fairs fair! But theres more, when i email staright away after sale, email straight away after payment has gone through, post the same day or next morning, email to say i have posted and to please let me know it has arrived and if they were happy. Why!! do i get buyers who leave lovley feedback to say how ive done well ,but then they drop me down 2/3 points for my star ratings for postage ( i dont charge differently to Australia post, they set the fees not me! ) or a point for each of the other stars. I just dont get it arghhh! I really wish buyers would drop me a line if they wernt completley happy so i had the chance to understand why they make me loose star points. Im so sad :( do these matter so much that it makes me so upset?? |
