I have thousands of extra cards every month that I can spare to trade or sell to anyone looking to complete a team or player collection/set, or factory collection/set.  Try me.  If I don't have it, I'm pretty well grounded with a few other collectors that do the same thing as me (sell to keep playing) so if I don't have it I can put you in touch with someone who does.

So, if I'm a baseball card collector, a hobbyist, why is it that I'm selling some of my cards? Well, I've got all my old ones, they won't be going anywhere. But the new ones, I just can't accumulate as many as I used to. Not because I don't want to, but because I have a family now and have to pay for my habit somehow, right? So, to make a long story short, I keep all the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals I can get my hands on, along with a few select players, such as Ripken Jr., Frank Thomas, and Nolan Ryan. Other than that, I sell the others so I don't have to justify spending too much money on baseball cards to my wife, haha. I find it's a good balance. I buy hobby boxes mostly, keep the ones I just listed, and sell the rest. This isn't a business for me, it's a hobby, so parting ways with even the best of cards isn't a huge problem for me. I'm doing this because I enjoy it, and missed out on it for so many years. And then, when my kids are older, I'll have plenty to leave to them.
