Most Recent Posts Legal VideoPosted Aug-29-06 13:37:46 PDT The American Guild of Court Vidographers is proud to announce the acceptance of Mr. Freeman Witherspoon of the firm UniTex Enterprise located in Grand Prairie, Texas as a “Fellow” member in the nation’s largest legal video organization of its kind. The AGCV only accepts professional videographers in its membership that are willing to go through the extensive certification process to qualify them to serve the legal profession in all aspects of legal videography.
In affiliating with the AGCV, Mr. Witherspoon is now capable of meeting the needs of any attorney, institution, government agency or contractor desiring legal video work anywhere in the nation through the network of qualified AGCV forensic videographers. He will be kept abreast of all the latest in legal procedures using visual evidence in the courtroom by receiving bi-monthly newsletters of the AGCV and will be trained in meeting all the requirements of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence.
Very few videographers in the nation are fully trained in all aspects of legal videography. This is why the AGCV members are trained in producing “day-in-the-life” documentaries, settlement documentaries (brochures), video wills, depositions, scenes of incidents, proof of damages, pre-construction surveys, insurance fraud videos and the list goes on.
We congratulate Mr. Witherspoon on his desire to “raise the bar” on his qualifications and capabilities in producing video documents for the legal profession. Please call 972-264-5220
