don't trust ugoole

Everyone be careful when dealing with ugoole in Hong Kong. He will take your money. He acts like he wants to help but does nothing. He will take your money. You should not do business with this person.

I hope you reported him. Remember sometimes Paypal will reimburse you for purchases you don't receive. I don't think they would cover a Hong Kong purchase, though. I've only been stung twice out of hundreds of purchases, and Paypal did recover money in one of those cases.

I tried to report him to paypal. They said to much time had passed. I am guessing ugoole knew this. He kept tellling me he would take care of it and reimburse me. Then the emails stopped. When I left him negative feedback, he finally responded. Just said remove the feedback and then he would refund part of my money. I didn't remove the feedback because I didn't trust him at this point. I did tell him if he refunded my money I would withdraw the feedback. Obviously, the money was never refunded. I have never had a problem on ebay until now. I would love to get this guy off of ebay.

I followed up on this comment, because I received a second chance offer from ugoole and wasnt sure if I should accept it or not. I looked at frogs96 comment page and that negative feedback with withdrawn meaning he did get back his refund. Also, his complain wasnt that he never received item, its cos it didnt work with a mac???? But bottom line he got his money back. I am gonna accept the second chance offer, I also emailed the guy that won the auction to find out if he "really" backed out, turns out he did, he had a problem with his transmission. So these are steps you can take before making a purchase on ebay...too many scams out there!

I'm having problems with ugoole as well. Its bad enough they are selling 4gb MP4 players which are evidently hacked 1gb MP4 players according to the feedbacks, but I paid for 2 4gb MP4 players back in December which they refunded my money on 1/7/2007 because I never received the items and now they have filed a non-payment.

I provided eBay in the dispute with the PayPal transaction ids to show that I paid for the items and that they refunded my money.

I buy a lot of stuff on ebay and am so disappointed with ebay for letting sellers like this continue doing business on ebay.

They have 241 negative feedbacks this month alone.

Why does ebay permit this?

Since ebay allows sellers like this, be sure to check feedbacks before buying.

Buyers beware!

I had the same problem.
I bought 4 x 4GB MP4 and all of them are only 1Gb capacity.
I tried to get my money back or partial refund but Paypal said they couldn´t check if it was true.
So, I sent one of them back to Ugoole and expected receiving my money back, but again Paypal said they could not check if the item was delivered.
30 days after receiving the second MP4 it stoped working and Ugoole said me to send it back, but I didn´t trust them and keep it broken.
I lost U$200 at least, and now I don´t trust Paypal Buyers Protection banners.
I also give Ugoole three negative feedbacks and they tried to get it changed saying they will refund me, but I am still waiting for the money and they are waiting for my feedbacks changed.

I agree with petecad. I have bought several items from them, and they generally work perfectly. I have a player on which the memory didn't work. I contacted them, sent the player, and recieved it back within three weeks, working perfectly, so no complaints. I have to say that I didn't expect ipod quality for a fraction of the price. I don't think you can, unless you are stupid enough to think you can make that kind of deal on Ebay...
