I value my feedback rating and it annoys me when someone is not pleased with a transaction, and instead of contacting the seller to resolve the issue they immediately leave negative feedback and it is always the ones that have little or no feedback ratings. Item was damaged that is no fault of mine but contact me and we can work out something we will both be pleased..Cartons was smashed again not fault of the seller but contact the seller before tarnishing his reputation with allegations that could have been resolved or are false....Thank you for hearing me out I have to vent today  Happy Healthy Holidays to you all..Mine is extra special this year my wife has cancer and finishes her treatments on the 20th of December that's my Christmas, nothing is more important than your health..
