My life selling from my bed.  I never dreamed this would happen to me but it did.  Wife and mother of 2, I had responsibilites at church and my job as administrative asst. at a pediatric office and taking care of my mom and her needs put me at the level of busy.  Yeap busy!  But I enjoyed it.  One day while at work I had a pain and then everyday since I have been in more and more pain til it grew to the level of chronic.  They have diagnosed my with several problems but that is not what this is about.  It's about change!  Now my life is very different and I am in bed most days.  My supportive hubby fixed my up with all I needed got new stuff.  A broadband connection,  A Dell. with a hospital side table to sit it on and software.  I played my games, I am a gamer(hardcore) and talked to fellow gamers on my xbox and I made a lot of friends.  WHICH I LOVE AND TRY TO DO EVERYDAY!  But I wanted more I knew I could do something else.  So I had a large pen collection that I wanted to get rid of so I opened a store on ebay and the rest is history.  NO I am not making money like crazy but this does something else for me.  I have something to do, I feel like I have meaning again not just laying around and feeling sorry for myself.  That ship has sailed and I am doing more and more everyday.  I sell more than pens.  All kinds of gadgets which is synonymise with GadgetGirl.  I love the stuff it's fun and Ebay has help me come out of depression along with my faith that one day if it's God's will I'll be healed and then maybe my store will get larger and I can sell bigger items and make big money but until then I will be satisfied with what the Lord has allowed me to do this far.
