Need Some Advice!Posted Jul-23-08 09:28:21 PDT Hello Everyone! I recently sold a few PSP Skins. They are protective skins that go over the PSP. Not only for protection but for style. Well The last two that sold, went for over $50.00. I am suprised it got up to that much. Maybe people had fun bidding, or just really wanted it. I dunno. Well, i am thinking they think that it is the actual PSP System, thats what I am afraid of. But on the title it says PSP Skins Bio Hazard Design. Also in the description it says. You are bidding on a metal skin for the PSP, You are NOT bidding on the actual PSP, only the metal skin. Now, my question is what if when they get it, they think they bought the PSP, and they leave a negative feedback? Also what if they request a refund? What do you guys think? I have no problem with giving refunds, but It was clearly stated what the item was. Do you think I should give a refund if this happens? It has not happened, but with how high the final bids were, I am thinking that they might have thought that. The first person who won, hasn't paid yet, and its over the time I give. And the second person who won has No FB. I am thinking they got a little in over there head and might now even pay. But if they do Its a possiblity they thought it was the actual PSP. Many people sell skins for them, Wonder if they have the same problems. I sent out second chance offers for the people who lost just incase the winners don't pay. Even if they do I have extra incase others accept the second chance. So what do you guys think about this? If they give me a negative feedback what should I do? If they request a refund do you think that it qualifies for one? I really am not sure. Because I would think a refund falls along the lines of, damaged item, Not as described, ect. Not because they didn't read what they were bidding on. But like I said, I am a very nice/fair guy. So incase this situation comes up, what should I do? I need your help! Thanks In Advance P.S.
